Micro-needling uses a mini medical roller with a large number of microneedles. When rolled across the skin’s surface, they stimulate the skin to repair by aiding the regeneration and rebuilding of collagen. It has been scientifically proven to improve damaged, acne-marked skin, fine lines and wrinkles.

Skin pigmentationWe numb the area with topical anaesthetic cream to minimise discomfort and ensure the procedure is comfortable and stress-free. The roller is gently run across the skin in six different directions for 20 to 30 minutes. The tiny needles penetrate the skin to gain access to the deeper layers. We then apply a high quality mesotherapy treatment of your choice that targets your areas of concern. This is followed with additional runs of the roller to encourage the body’s own natural repair process.
Immediately following treatment, your skin will look red like moderate sunburn. You will need to protect your skin with sunscreen whilst the redness settles down. You are advised to treat the skin gently and avoid makeup for the first 24 hours. In the first few weeks the skin will look brighter and more vibrant.
As the skin regenerates, new collagen and skin cells are formed and the blood supply is enhanced. Six weeks later, the regeneration and repair process will have tightened the skin and reduced pigmentation. The process will continue over the following months, providing natural and long-lasting enhancement. For best results, it is recommended that patients have three treatments six weeks apart. Once this cycle is complete, treatment should be repeated annually.
